The Elegant Buffet
The Elegant Buffet includes Three Entrées, One Potato, One Vegetable, Your Choice of One Salad, Dinner Rolls, Assorted Pastry, Coffee, Hot Tea and Decaffeinated Coffee. With the Elegant Buffet we serve the Salad, Rolls and Pastry at the tables. We also include the Bartenders (one per 100 guest), Bar Set-ups, Assorted Soda Pop, Security, Hall Rental, Choice of Linen Color, all China, Glassware and Flatware, Cake Cutting (you provide the Napkin, bags or boxes) and the 15% service charge are included.
The Dinner Buffet
The Dinner Buffet includes Two Entrées, One Potato, One Vegetable, Fresh Garden Salad, Dinner Rolls, Assorted Pastry, Coffee, Hot Tea, Decaffeinated Coffee. We include the Hall Rental, Cake cutting (you provide the Napkins, bags or boxes), Choice of Linen Colors, all China, Glassware and Flatware.
Priced per person plus the following fees Bar Set-ups and Assorted Soda Pop Bartenders (one per 100 guest required) Security, we use Bedford Police, 15% Service Charge 7% Sales Tax
